Book A Tee Time

 To Book a Tee Time please call the Pro Shop at (615) 746-0400 or you may Book a Tee Time Online (see below).

Online Booking Information:

  • There is no fee for booking on our website.
  • All fees are due upon arrival at the course.
  • Actual tee off controls price.
  • Note: Your credit card is not charged at time of booking.
  • Tee Times can be booked maximum of (7) seven days in advance.
  • No single player bookings.
  • Maximum of four tee times to any person or group. Five tee times or more constitutes an outing and needs a written contract with deposits please call (615) 746-0400 if you have a need to book a group of five or more tee times.
  • Pass Key and Cancer Card holders may not book a tee time on the website, all must reserve by phone. These programs will not be honored upon arrival if booked on the website even if it is part of another person booking the group. These programs are honored only within 24 hours by phone or in person.
  • Cancellation Policy
    Tee Time Reservations and/or changes to the booking must be made by phone or in person no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tee time. If reservation or change to reservation is not cancelled by this time, the credit card holder may be held responsible for all applicable posted full price fees for all players booked.
