Birthday Terms and Conditions

To receive our free email newsletter and enter our play golf for free on your birthday program please fill out the form below and then click the Send Mail button at the bottom of the page. We will not share your personal information with others.  Play Free on Your Birthday!

Program:  Play one free 18 hole round of golf with cart on your birthday at Through The Green – Highland Rim. No other purchase required. See eligibility requirements below.  If you bring along three other full-paying players, your first round of drinks is on the house (one per person).

Eligibility: Any Through The Green-Highland Rim customer who has played at least one 18 hole round in the prior twelve months and is signed up for email offers and the birthday club is eligible. You must sign-up online prior to your birthday.

How to sign up: You must sign up online through the www.ttggolf.com website or in the Pro Shop to receive birthday email offer (both require online opt-in when confirming email is sent).

Notification:  Customers will receive an email with an internet coupon that must be brought in to qualify.  For birthdays December through February customers will be notified 15 days prior to their birthday.  For birthdays March through November customers will be notified 7 days prior.

Redemption:  Players must bring email coupon and provide valid ID. Due to weather conditions, customers with birthdays in December through February may play their birthday round 15 days prior to or up to 15 days following their birthday.  For birthdays March through November customers may play their birthday round 1 day prior to or up to 1 day following their birthday.  Birthday rounds may be played anytime Monday through Thursday or after 12 noon Friday through Sunday. Offer may not be used on holidays.

Restrictions: Birthday rounds are not redeemable for cash and may not be used with rain checks, other offers, leagues or tournament play. Only one birthday round may be redeemed per foursome. Only one birthday round may be used per person per year. TTGHR reserves the right to change or terminate the program at any time or to terminate a player’s rights if there is misuse of the offer.
